My role is more about being a guide—someone who helps navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with care, knowledge, and a solid game plan.
Nowadays, the title “Realtor feels like an understatement.” My job is multi-faceted and requires that I embody many different roles:
Advisor: I help my clients make big moves—literally! Whether it’s buying, selling, or just figuring out what’s next, I bring expert advice, clear strategies, and a whole lot of hustle to the table.
Concierge: From plumber to estate planning lawyer, I know who to call for almost anything related to home.
Therapist: One client asked “Do you do couples counseling?” The answer is, yes. I’m an unlicensed but skilled therapist. I listen and have nothing but positive regard for those whom I serve.
Negotiator: I'm here to look out for YOU. I have a lot of experience and success with making sure you get the right deal, the right price, and the outcome you deserve.
Project Manager: Oh, man, the devil is in the details! And there are so many details in every real estate transaction. You can trust that I’ll handle every detail and meet every deadline.
Stage Manager: I know what sort of theatrical production is needed to get the most out of your property, and I know which experts (stagers, decorators, painters, floor refinishers) to call on.
Storyteller (AKA Marketer): Every home has a unique story — I ensure yours is presented in the most captivating and polished way possible, so that buyers can relate.
Educator: I think the best decisions come from being in the know, so I make sure to patiently explain things in a clear, straightforward way—no confusing terms, no spin, no fluff.
Mediator: Deals can get complicated. Disputes pop up. I’m skilled at navigating troubled waters so you don’t have to stress.
Statistician: I'm a numbers person. Since the market’s always shifting, I keep my clients in the loop with the latest info so they can make smart decisions.
Your Team Leader: When it comes to the cadre of professionals who keep your financial ship in shape, I’m often the captain – the one with the best overview of how all the pieces fit together.
