Market Update March 2022

That entertaining quote aside, it’s clear that we continue to be experiencing a full-speed-ahead seller’s market. That’s pretty usual for San Francisco, though activity in Q1 2022 has been extraordinary. If you’ve been thinking about selling, now’s a great time.
