We’ve been busy, considering its summer vacation time. Here is Kindred’s month in review – in reverse order of chronological closing!
367 7th Avenue, a Richmond district condo with 2 bedrooms and a sun-kissed deck, was listed and closed by Shelly Sutherland for $1,005,000 – which was 11% over its asking price.
Susan Dakdduk listed and sold a terrific Art Deco condo at Crown Towers (666 Post #302) for the above-asking price of $560,000.
And the inimitable Jamie Comer, assisted by Courtney Banks, covered the town from northwest to southeast, with two very different sales. She listed a traditional Lake Street district single family home at 5326 California and closed it for $3,405,000 (nearly 14% over asking). Then she represented the buyers of 300 Berry #901 – a luxury condo that sold for $1,275,000 – in vibrant Mission Bay.
