San Francisco Market Update - October 2025

In September, the median sales price for single family homes was up 7% YOY. And -- no shocker -- inventory was down more than 30% YOY for both SFHs and condos. (Could it be all the violent crime in San Francisco that's boosting prices and encouraging people not to move?)
