San Francisco Market Update May 2026

You definitely could choose to feel guilty about owning property in San Francisco. What I mean is: There aren't many (any?) other real estate markets like it in the U.S. It's just up, up, up, with the occasional flattening, the rare downturn and the quick recovery. The stats from April bear that out. If you're a seller, your timing is perfect. If you're a buyer, better now than later.
