San Francisco Market Update -- December 2025

Count 'em: As of the end of November, there were only 500-some houses for sale in all of San Francisco. Couple that with single family homes selling for more than 15% more than what they sold for in 2024 and you've got an exceptionally robust market. Stay tuned in January for end-of-year stats.
