San Francisco Market Update - April 2025

With Easter, Passover and Earth Day just behind us, a quote about eggs seems apropos for this month’s market update.
A succinct summary of San Francisco stats says the market for single family homes is strong, while the market for condos is a bit weaker and, as usual, overall inventory in San Francisco is very low. But just like spring weather in our fair city, conditions are wildly variable, depending on your market microclimate and particular situation.
