As a high-touch, hands-on professional with a deep-seated connection to the San Francisco real estate market, Alec Mironov works tirelessly to achieve his clients’ goals. Since beginning his career in 2009, he and his team have sold hundreds of San Francisco properties, totaling over $600 million. And because of his excellent track record, the majority of his clients are referrals and returning customers.
 
No stranger to the dynamic Bay Area market, Alec is well-suited to navigate the buying and selling processes for his clientele. And, with his acute intuition and in-depth understanding of San Francisco property values, negotiation strategies, construction costs, and planning logistics, he is prepared to offer clear insight and informed advice to help his clients make appropriate decisions.
 
In addition to assisting his clients with their real estate transactions, Alec also has the experience and resources to expertly guide them through the complexities of renovation and expansion. He has lent his management skills to multimillion-dollar projects ranging from garage additions, foundation replacements, and seismic retrofits to out-of-the-box building expansions and good-as-new ground-up renovations.
 
Alec leverages a degree in business administration and marketing to provide his customers with exceptional end-to-end service. In his spare time, he loves to barbecue, surf, golf, and ride mountain bikes—all while helping to raise his family of fourth-generation San Franciscans.
