Meet Lisa

As a former family law attorney and mediator, Lisa Auer is a skilled negotiator, strategist, counselor, and creative problem solver. As a gifted Realtor, she is a trusted advisor helping people make vital decisions about their lives. 

Keen on detail, she offers a personalized and patient, non-salesy approach, geared toward understanding each client’s needs and helping them achieve their goals. Lisa has particular experience in divorce-related real estate transactions, yet understands that buying or selling a home is always a significant life transition, involving a range of legal, financial, and emotional issues.  She strives to remove as much stress as possible from the buying and selling process, and to make the journey a pleasant and rewarding one. 

​Originally from New Hampshire, Lisa received her B.A. from Yale University and her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law. She has called San Francisco home for more than 30 years, and the city is the locus of her real estate practice. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, training her Boston Terrier puppy, and volunteering in the community – currently as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA), mentoring and supporting a foster youth in San Francisco.
